Dan’s passion as a buyer’s agent was firmly etched in a ‘light bulb’ moment of conversation with a client. He had called to tell his client the good news about the successful purchase of a free-standing home in the North Shore of Sydney. The client became emotional and responded, “Dan, you have no idea what you have done for my family.”

Dan Grantham
Founder
Dan is born and bred in Sydney and has an intimate knowledge of all areas within a 15km ring around the CBD. Before starting in real estate, he’d already demonstrated his tremendous drive for results, making significant achievements as a junior tennis player.

ConnectAt age 15, Dan left the comforts of home and his school, St Ignatius College Riverview, to pursue a professional tennis career at the prestigious IMG Academy in Florida, USA - the honing grounds for Andre Agassi and Maria Sharapova. He spent over 12 years pursuing his passion and was ranked internationally in Juniors and nationally within the top 200 in Australia.
After graduating with a Diploma of Journalism and Bachelor of Business Finance, Dan discovered his passion as a real estate buyer.
Since 2020 he has helped over 100 clients purchase in Inner West, Upper/Lower North Shore, Hills, Northern Beaches, City Fringe, Eastern Suburbs demonstrating his vast reach in the Sydney market.

Kyle has exceptional work ethic and enthusiasm as Associate Buyers Agent. He is constantly delivering exceptional service to clients and partners, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. He works alongside Dan supporting our clients with sourcing and inspecting properties.

Kyle first started his real estate journey in residential sales in the Inner West where he was able to gain priceless experience working alongside one of the top agents in the area.
He then moved into the buying side based in the Eastern Suburbs working for a buyers agency before joining Grantham Buyers Agents.
Kyle assists with a number of different tasks within the business such as day to day operations, inspections, sourcing and administration. He loves the fast-paced nature of real estate and the fact that no two days are the same.
