Locally based clients that I had just helped with vendor advisory in selling their terrace in Erskineville. They were renting currently in the building and were looking to purchase an apartment that would suit them for the next 5 years as their daughter attends childcare nearby. Finding an apartment with the best aspect, finishes and location within the building was key for them.

So in the end, our fee was more than covered by the savings we were able to negotiate on the sale price.
