Outcome:


After interviewing three local agents over two day period, we decided on an agent that had the best off-market process. He also offered the most attractive commission structure that gave the client piece of mind he was the right person for them. The clients didn’t want to go through the pain of running an auction campaign with a young baby and full time jobs. As part of the process the client had about $10,000 worth of renovations done to make sure the home was sale ready. Along with some light styling which helped to give the perception of the home being listed onto the market.
